    Registration Details

    Early Registration (if full payment is received by July 6th at 11:59pm EST):
    Regular Registration: $100.00
    Current & Recent PhD Student Registration: $50.00

    Registration beginning July 7th:
    Regular Registration: $150.00
    Current & Recent PhD Student Registration: $100.00

    Travel support for graduate students and recent PhDs is available. If you are currently a PhD student or received your PhD in the last 3 years and you are working in the Random Structures and Algorithms areas, you are eligible to apply for support. This support covers the conference registration fee, shared rooms in the Carnegie Mellon dorms and up to $300 toward the cost to travel to Pittsburgh.
    Please use mathprograms to apply for support by May 29th. You will be asked to provide a CV and one letter of reference. IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR TRAVEL SUPPORT, DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE. You will have an opportunity to register for the conference after the funding decisions are made in early June.

    Housing Details

    HOUSING IS CLOSED (as indicated below on Monday, July 6th at 11:50 p.m. EST).
    Accommodations will be in the Resnik Residence Hall on Carnegie Mellon's main campus. Most suites contain two double rooms with double accommodations (two beds, one desk & chair, two dressers and two closets), a small single room and a shared suite bathroom. In addition, the area includes a sitting room with a microwave/refrigerator combination. All guests are provided bed linen, a pillow and bath towels. This air-conditioned facility is smoke-free.

    All suites are single gender.

    Single accommodations are very limited and may share a suite bath with up to four other occupants.

    Check-in time begins at 3pm on Sunday, July 26th, and check-out time is no later than 12Noon on Saturday, August 1st.

    PLEASE NOTE: Housing registration ends on Monday, July 6th at 11:59pm EST. These reservations must be paid in full by this time. Any unpaid housing requests after this date will not be accommodated.

    A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh University Place. The group block will be available until June 26th or until it has been sold-out, whichever comes first. To make a hotel reservation, please click here.

    Cancellation Policies

    Cancellations must be received by Monday, July 27th at 11:59pm EST.

    Cancellations must be received two business days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within two business days of your arrival date will result in a charge of two night's stay.
