    Pre-Paid Parking

    East Campus Garage Parking$48.00 for parking June 19-22. *Parking is free on Saturday and Sunday. Please note, daily parking is available in the garage each day. Pay stations are located on the first floor or at the exit gate.

    On-Campus Housing


    On-campus housing in the Margaret Morrison Apartments is available for SharkFest attendees*. These accommodations offer:
    • An inexpensive alternative to hotels
    • A short walk from the Cohon Center
    • A townhouse atmosphere with double bedrooms, common living space, kitchens and private bathrooms
    • Bed linen, pillow, and bath towel
    • No air-conditioning
    • Smoke-free, single-gender environment
    • Check-in from 3:00pm on Friday, June 16th
    • Check-out no later than 12:00pm on Friday, June 23rd

    *Attendees must be 18 years or older to reserve on-campus housing.
    **Please be sure to include your roommate request. If no roommate request is provided a roommate will be assigned to you.

    PLEASE NOTE: Registration for on-campus housing and parking ends Friday, June 2 at 11:59pm EST. Unpaid housing and/or parking requests made after this date will not be accommodated.

    Cancellation & Refunds


    For those registered for the SharkFest’17 US Conference (June 19-22, 2017) ONLY:
    • 14 days or more before the SharkFest’17 US Conference start date – Full Refund minus $100 administrative fee
    • Less than 14 days before the SharkFest’17 US Conference start date – No Refund

    For those registered for Laura Chappell’s “Troubleshooting with Wireshark” Course (June 17-19, 2017) ONLY:
    • 14 days or more before the “Troubleshooting with Wireshark” start date – Full Refund minus $100 administrative fee
    • Less than 14 days before the “Troubleshooting with Wireshark” start date – No Refund

    For those registered for Laura Chappell’s “Troubleshooting with Wireshark” Course AND SharkFest’17 US (June 17-22, 2017):
    • 14 days or more before the “Troubleshooting with Wireshark” start date – Full Refund minus $200 administrative fee
    • Less than 14 days before the “Troubleshooting with Wireshark” start date – No Refund

    PLEASE NOTE:
    All cancellation requests for SharkFest’17 US must be made in writing to sharkfest@wireshark.org.

    If registered but unable to attend, another attendee within your organization may be designated to take your place at no additional charge. All substitution requests must be submitted by the original attendee via e-mail to sharkfest@wireshark.org. On-site substitutions may be allowed if the substituting attendee provides a written request from the original attendee.

    If unable to attend the “Troubleshooting with Wireshark” class, please call Wireshark University at (408)378-7841 to cancel your registration. If you do not show up for a scheduled course without prior notification (“no show”), no refund will be given. Student substitutions are allowed, but notification must be sent to info@wiresharktraining.com no less than five (5) full business days before the start of the class (not including the class start date).
