Housing & Parking Details
Accommodations will be in the Resnik Residence Hall on Carnegie Mellon's main campus. Most suites contain two double rooms with double accommodations (two beds, one desk & chair, two dressers and two closets), a small single room and a shared suite bathroom. In addition, the area includes a sitting room with a microwave/refrigerator combination. All guests are provided bed linen, a pillow and bath towels. This air-conditioned facility is smoke-free.
All suites are single gender.
Single accommodations are very limited and may share a suite bath with up to four other occupants.
Check-in time begins at 3:00pm on Saturday, July 9th, and check-out time is no later than 5pm on Saturday, July 30th.
PLEASE NOTE: Housing and parking registration ends on Friday, June 24th at 11:59pm EST. These reservations must be paid in full by this time. Any unpaid housing and/or parking requests after this date will not be accommodated.

Cancellation Policies
In order to cancel your housing/parking registration, you must notify Conference & Event Services. A refund is not automatically generated when you cancel your registration through this site.
Housing
Cancellations must be received two business days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations within two business days of your arrival date will result in a charge of two night's stay.
Parking
Parking is non-refundable.
COVID-19 Requirements
In accordance with Carnegie Mellon’s COVID-19 mitigation policies, everyone participating in programs, events or accommodations on the university’s campus age 5 and older is required to be either fully vaccinated* against COVID-19 or, if not fully vaccinated, must have received a negative COVID-19 test result within three days prior to coming on campus. For recurring events/programs/accommodations, unvaccinated individuals must be retested on a weekly basis, for each week in which the individual is on campus.
*To be considered “fully vaccinated” a person must receive a booster shot within 60 days of becoming eligible for the booster, in addition to the initial dose(s) of vaccine.
Your program coordinator will be providing you with an attestation form for you to complete prior to the program.
In addition, everyone must adhere to all COVID-19 mitigation requirements including, but not limited to the use of a facial covering at all times while on campus. The current COVID-19 mitigation requirements are available at https://www.cmu.edu/coronavirus/visitor-protocol/. The university reserves the right to revise these mitigation requirements, as deemed necessary.
